Lorna works with great air personalities across America. Big Boy’s Neighborhood, Danny Bonaduce, Laurie DeYoung, Doug Hall, Isaac Hayes, Johnson and Johnson, John Records Landecker, Lisle and Hahn, Lex and Terry, Dick Purtan, Jim Svejda and John Tesh are among the many great air personalities who have benefited from Lorna’s coaching.

In addition to her personal air talent coaching work Lorna offers a wide variety of training seminars and workshops. She has done group presentations or workshops for the Alaska Broadcasting Association, Antenna Bayern-Germany, Citadel Broadcasting, the Country Music Association, Cox Broadcasting, Emmis, Entercom, the Maine Broadcasting Association, NAB United States and Europe, National Public Radio, the Portland Public Radio Association and the Public Radio Program Directors Association. Lorna also just completed her first annual Ozmon Media conference, Creating Outside the Box. . .A Creative Radio Programming Workshop convention.

Lorna is also a third generation theatrical performer. Her grandfather Nat Sr. was a popular vaudeville comic and the first Program Director of the first radio station west of the Mississippi WOC in Davenport, IA. Her parents were stage musical comedy performers. Lorna began working in the theater when she was five. She has a degree in theatrical direction and professional experience acting, doing stand-up comedy and improvisational theater. She integrates her knowledge of these parallel entertainment disciplines with her extensive experience as a radio air personality, Program Director and General Manager. The result is Lorna’s uniquely effective coaching and training program for radio air personalities and Program Directors.
